Requirements for merchants

To qualify as a product to be used on bankIO Loyalty, it must meet the following criteria:

bankIO must have current (within 24 hours), accurate information about the price and in-stock status of the product. This is obtained from daily feed syncing or bankIO frequently scraping meta-tags on product landing pages, and by including your product, you permit bankIO to scrape your product information to keep the information current.

• The image and description must accurately represent the product.
• The merchant must have an easy-to-find, clear returns policy, that displays whether the merchant accepts returns, and the process and time expectations for returns (if applicable).
• The merchant must have easy-to-find, accurate contact information for customer service.
• The merchant must have an easy-to-find, clear delivery policy that displays expected delivery time and costs.
